On 22 March 2024, Prof. Kathy Liddell met with the Rector (Henrik C. Wegener) and Prorector for Education (Prof. Kristian Cedervall Lauta) of the University of Copenhagen. They celebrated achievements with the Inter-CeBIL research collaboration, and discussed forthcoming plans.
Inter-CeBIL is the International Collaborative Biomedical and Innovation Law program involving Copenhagen, Cambridge, Harvard and select other partners. It was first established seven years ago in 2018 with an initial award of DKK 35 million over 5-year from the Novo Nordisk Foundation (NNF). Recognising Inter-CeBIL’s success, NNF recently awarded it continued funding for another 5 years, to the value of DKK 50 million.
This is a long-term, high value partnership in its seventh year, which is going from strength to strength.
