Biomedical Intellectual Property Law

Intellectual property law is a specialized legal field that deals with the protection of inventions and other creations of the mind, such as writing, drawing and trade marks. Biomedical intellectual property law focusses on the array of legal mechanisms and regulations designed to safeguard the intellectual property rights of inventors, researchers, and companies operating in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical sectors.
