Health Information Law

Health information law is a dynamic legal framework that governs the collection, management and sharing of sensitive healthcare data. In an age where digitisation and exchange of medical information are common, health information law plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the privacy and security of individuals' medical and personal information. Health information law also addresses the responsibilities of healthcare providers, medical researchers, insurers, and other entities involved in the healthcare ecosystem for data security and compliance.
