On March 25th 2017, LML Research Assistant Matt Jordan will be speaking as a featured panellist at the Eighteenth Annual Student Human Rights Conference held by the University of Nottingham's Human Rights Law Centre.

As part of the conference, this year titled 'LGBT+ Rights in the 21st Century: Free and Equal?', Matt will sit on the panel 'Moving forward: Remaining barriers to equality'. He will present his research 'Lifetime Deferral from Blood Donation on the Grounds of Sexual Orientation: Prejudice or Prudence?', which advocates reform of blood donor screening and deferral policy, with particular reference to MSM.
