On 7 November 2016, Dr Liddicoat will give a talk to postgraduate students and early career researchers in social sciences at the University of Tasmania. His talk will focus on challenges faced in developing an academic career, some of the topics to be discussed include: finishing postgraduate studies; finding a work-life balance; employment; applying for funding; and emotional wellbeing.
