Rebecca Brown, a PhD candidate and member of the Centre for Law, Medicine and Life Sciences (LML), has been awarded the 2023 Australian Yearbook of International Law (AYBIL) and Australian and New Zealand Society of International Law (ANZSIL) Student Paper Prize for her paper "Quarantine Island: Australia's Health Policy and its Construction of International Law".
