This October, LML was delighted to welcome Professor Michael Hopkins as a new member of the team. Professor Hopkins joins LML as a part-time Senior Research Associate within the International Collaborative Bioscience Innovation & Law (Inter-CeBIL) Programme. He will work closely with Professor Kathy Liddell (LML Director) and other LML colleagues on research at the intersection of biomedical innovation, law and policy.
Professor Hopkins brings expertise in science and technology policy, innovation studies, and the regulation of emerging biotechnologies, further enhancing LML’s interdisciplinary research efforts.

This is a great opportunity to build on our recent research, combining expertise to address an exciting range of projects related to policies that govern biomedical innovation." Prof Hopkins said.
