A new book co-edited by LML professors and Inter-CeBil collaborators provides innovative and practical suggestions for improving the law and ethics of data sharing in the health sciences. The main focus is the variety of regulations in this domain, including clinical trial transparency, trade secrecy, data access, AI training data, and health data spaces.  The book aims to shed light on the legal complexities, offering insights into normative, policy, and ethical dilemmas from a global perspective. It takes an interdisciplinary approach that blends technical insights, with legal and empirical research.
